Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we'll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days when the order was shipped, and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method. Returns only accepted of products purchased from Rocamilli.com We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order. Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available. Orders must be placed before 1pm PST in order to be shipped out same day (If you place order at 3pm PST Monday with Next Day it will not arrive to you until Thursday).
